MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue read more with this Holosun EPS Carry. The reticle is completely stuck. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's possessed. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? Any tips on how to un-brick this thing would be greatly apprecia
